1. Approval of the Agreement

• Users subscribe to Wejabat by filling in the user’s subscription form over the app. Each Wejabat user accepts and acknowledges to comply with the terms and conditions of this User’s Agreement.

2. Services

• Wejabat enables its users to order food from different restaurants and groceries using the mobile application or through phone calls.

3. Obligations of the User

• Users should add their real personal information to the registration form.
• Users that use the app in any way to harm our system will be suspended.

4. Authorities Granted to Wejabat

• Wejabat has the right to use your data to optimize your experience in the app.
• Wejabat may use your location to make some statistical analytics.
• Wejabat has the right to suspend any user account if it finds any unwanted behavior from that user.

5. Product Delivery

• Wejabat will deliver your order as fast as possible.
• Wejabat is not responsible for any delivered food quality.
• Wejabat is not responsible for any preparation delay of the food from the restaurants.
• Wejabat is not responsible for refunding any clients if the delivered food that he/she ordered from a restaurant or grocery doesn't meet their expectations.
• Wejabat will take the responsibility to change or replace any food from the client order if our delivery man makes a mistake with the order.
